Is Alexis Neiers Addicted to Drugs?

True, Pretty Wild has been putting through what Alexis Neiers had to go through due to her misdeeds. It is quite a story… a legendary story you could say. You got to thank Pretty Wild. E! has really done a great job airing this program with real life stories of Alexis Neiers. Did you know that the ‘Bling Ring‘ associate Alexis Neiers has been sentenced to drug treatment following the heroin episode? Whether the channel admits it or not, Alexis Neiers happens to be the biggest star of E! And technically speaking, this is the girl that brought more fame and prestige to E! The reality show really rocked throughout the seasons that were aired. But Alexis Neiers is the convict affiliate of the “Bling Ring” iconic burglary crew and she was sentenced recently to a year within a Malibu based drug treatment hub when she was discovered with some black tar heroin!

LA County Superior Court Judge handed down this sentence, giving a stern warning to this 19-yr-old explaining that he will have no choice but to send her straight to prison once she is brought before the court on yet another drug accusation. She’ll be spending the following year with the Malibu SOBA Recovery Center, as per the verdict of the court. Neiers got arrested on December 1 when probation officers manage to catch her with black tar heroin that she hid inside her Thousand Oaks house – let us not forget about with a false driver’s license. All of those things were discovered when they ran a special search when after she did not check in with the probation officers as per the requirement of the probation terms. Well, that was not Pretty Wild (E!) showed as through out the episodes. Alexis Neiers really is struggling to shun her evils. Neiers’ attorney is Tariq Khero who says his client used to have the addiction and this guy also argued with the Espinoza that she would suit more to a regular residential treatment program and she doesn’t deserve to be behind bars. However, Prosecutor Baker proposed at least 2 years behind bars as that was this girl’s suspended sentence during the period when she got convicted of clear-cut residential burglary. At that period, Neiers went for pleading no contest to the 2nd-degree residential burglary. She was finally sentenced to 6 months inside jail. She also got 3 years under probation, which was for the 2009 break-in at a Hollywood house of Orlando Bloom. Prosecutors actually argued before the court that filings Neiers did ignore the fundamental requirements imposed by the probation following the discharge from County Jail. When things get worse, do not blame it as she did fail to check in with her probation officers. She also did not pay the essential restitution that was imposed by the judge during her conviction. Neiers actually served only a month of the 6-month jail sentence. Alexis Neiers was supposed to report to the probation just through checking in with a kiosk – man… that was easy! This girl only had to submit the restitution payments which were adjusted to the earning level she had. All she were required to do is refraining from all sorts of new crimes and guess what, she failed it! This girl is a failure on each and every count. At least that was according to the report of Baker. He also narrated how, through her actions and inactions, she’s shown disrespect to the Court as well as to the word she gave.
